Riza commenced his tenure with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics in 2008, serving as a policy analyst.
By February 2013, he had earned a promotion to echelon 4, assuming the role of Head for the Subdivision of Reporting.
In 2019, he achieved another significant career milestone with a promotion to echelon 3 as a Research Manager.
Throughout his journey, Riza has demonstrated an active involvement in leading and contributing to various teams and taskforces dedicated to crafting research-based policies.
Notably, he held the position of Head of the Digital Entrepreneurship Academy from 2021 to 2022 and achieved 87.000 number of MSMEs trained cumulatively.
On 2023, he is at the helm of the Training Monitoring and Alumni Empowerment, empowering MSMEs to connect to PaDi UMKM and LPSE, as well as holding events and bazars each mount. Presently, he serves as Team Leader of Microcredential Certification and Digital School, with a significant milestone to bring out cooperation of ASEAN-ROK on building Digital Academy in Indonesia.
